Patriot came out yesterday and installed the ridge vent! It must have been freezing up on that roof, but they got it done in no time and offered to come back when the snow melts to pick up any debris that may have fallen into deep drifts.
They were all great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Patriot again for any construction needs.
